Postage and Handling

All in-stock products purchased in one transaction will be shipped together. Any pre-order or back-order products will be posted separately once available. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange for a refund.

For a single order dispatched across multiple parcels, we will cover the postage costs on subsequent parcels.

 

Australian postage rates (incl. GST)

Free for all orders of AUD $100 or greater.

AUD $10 for all orders under AUD $100.

 

Fulfilment & Shipping
We’ll send you an email confirmation of successful order placement.  We’ll also send you a subsequent email confirming dispatch.

Australia: allow up to 7-14 business days for delivery (this will depend on your location - e.g. rural or metro).
These delivery timeframes are estimates only. and may also vary during peak periods.

We deliver to Australia only.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will be dispatched on or as soon as possible after publication date.
